Here are photos of the restoration of the south-facing side during August of 2012. All boards were removed and stripped, the insulation was vacuumed and cleaned, the square nails were removed and replaced with stainless steel hardware. It was an amazing job, and it looks beautiful now. Should last another hundred years!
